Filling-Capping Machine(MONOBLOCK)
System volumetric filling technology is operated with the gear mechanism which is actuated by motor-reducer group and PLC Control system.

a) Rinsing Unit; In this system bottle rinsing process takes place when bottle is upside down 180° by gripper with ejecting inside product water.

In this position water is cut off, after the period of infiltration bottles are brought back again to its original position by means of gripper. Rinsing time is adjustable. if Gripper has bottle rinsing takes place, if not the rinsing process does not start thanks to the special designed rinsing valves.

b) Filling Unit; Volumetric filling is carried out without any contact of filling valves to the bottles and filling level is controled by the usage of flowmeter. Fresh/clean air is sent to the machine by Hepa filters. When the doors are opened the system stops but still air filtration system works.Machine stops in case of lack of sterile air. Product surface is washed with using CIPsystem. All parts of the Machine which are in touch with the product water are completely AISI316 stainless steel Meterial.

c) Capping Unit; System has electronic cap control and anti dust system. Caps are transfered to the capping magazine by special designed elevator (by this way deformation and particle formation on the cap are blocked).

Transfer star takes the caps which transfered to the transfer wheel from the magazine and screws them on cap seat by magnetic closure head with adjustable force. Bottles are never damaged during the capping process. If there is no bottle system does not sends caps.
