5LT BLOW MOULDING

Machine operates automatically. The Preforms are placed into preform carriers automatically after they are transferred from Hooper to Preform Magazine by elevator and transferring rolls.

After they are located in the mold, they are blown to mold shape by using air pressure. Machine’s mechanical systems are actuated with servo-motors. The lamps heat are adjusted electronically by a driver. The Machine’s tunnel part is rotary, mould part is Linear. Mold changeover is practical and easy.

The perform feeding is not allowed until the required temperature occurs by heat control system. There is a temperature control sensor in the machine which controls the temperatures of the preforms.

Process Steps;

Preforms Feedings; Preforms are sent to the system by platform carrier from dumper.

Preform Transfer To The Furnace; In the system performs are transfered to the furnace by chain carriers. For different neck diameters of the bottles the stars can be changed easily.

Preform Heatings; Preforms are heated with infrared lamps in the furnaces.

Different heat demands in different points provided with voltage control of each lamps homogenously on and around the preforms.

Supply and extract/blowing funs of heat tunnel are set with analog inverters depending on the specified values. By this technology activity the quality of bottles are maintained at the top level. (air cooling system prevents surface of the bottles from overheating and burning)

By blowing cold water and air into the furnaces shape of preform's necks is protected through the circulation.

Preform Transfers To The Mold; Preforms been made available to blow by heating are transfered into the molding section by the system that moves with servo motors.

After blowing process preforms, taken out from the mold by the system actuated with servo-motors, are transfered directly to the air conveyor or to output.
