Machine is fully automatic, PLC controlled and all parts are stainless steel. If the returned empty 19 lt bottles has caps on them the system recognize and remove them by photocell technology with pneumatic head. The pressure force is well balanced in order to prevent damage on the bottle.

Machine is fully automatic, made of stainless steel material. System detects holes on the bottle with 0,5 bar air pressure and rejects fake bottle from the process. test duration and air pressure are adjustable.
