Energy saving, User Friendly, Full Automatic, Low service requests, PLC Control System, Made of Stainless Steel AISI 304, Hygienic technology and all welding are hygienic and sanitary.
Filler and Capper will be assembled together with washer so there won't be any space between them. No bottle -No filling. There is no time lost during bottle feeding.

Empty bottles will push the filled ones by the help of a pneumatic piston. They will move gently without damaged. Volumetric filling, filling valves will not contact to the bottles so there won't be any top load over the bottles. Filling level will be controlled by the usage of flowmeters Each filling head will have a separate on/off valve located right before the filling head. Valve materials which contact to the product water are completely AISI316 stainless steel and joint is Teflon.

All piping's will be sanitary tubing with purge welds. Thanks to the Plexiglass exit doors it is possible and easy to access inner parts of the machine and monitor the operation. Machine will stop when the doors are opened. Air filtration system will never stop even the doors of filler will be opened. Machine will automatically stop in case of lack of sterile air. Machine will stop automatically when the doors are opened.

Capping Machine

Hands-free hygienic cap moving and alignment system.

The System consist of four main parts;
• Cap Hooper(hooper)
• Cap Elevator
• Cap Magazine
• Cap Palette

Definite cap location on the bottle so no deformation occurs on the bottle. Synchronized with filling. If there is no caps the filling process automatically stops. Ionizations and anti dust system can be optional, Sterilized air circulation by Hepa filters.
