WASHING MACHINE

This machine is manufactured to wash the returnable bottles with washing chemicals detailedly and rinse them in a hygienic manner. Machine includes 26 station.
Energy saving, User Friendly, Full Automatic, Low service requests, PLC Control System, Made of Stainless Steel AISI 304,

Hygienic washing technology (collector, manifold, valves, piping's and all welding are hygienic and sanitary). There is an hygienically designed AISI316 stainless steel buffer tank which will feed the collector. Tank will be equipped with min. and max level controller.

High temperature piping for washing section is available. Water of the baths doesn't mix each other by the separation curtains, air blowing system and drainage station in every stage.

Side of baths are reduced so contamination is prevented.

If there is temperature and pressure loss Machine stops automatically. There are Hepa Filters for sterilize air. Air filtration system will never stop even the windows of filler will be opened. Machine will automatically stop in case of lack of sterile air and temperature losses. Thanks to the Plexiglass exit doors it is possible and easy to access inner parts of the machine and monitor the operation.

Washing Units consist of 6 main section;
a) Dirty Liquid Discharger; Section where the existing dirty liquids inside the bottle is discharged.
b) Prewashed section; The usage of this section is to soften the dirt's in the bottles and taking the rough materials out.
c) Detergent Washing Section; Washing process takes place with detergent in this section (In this section tank has a washing temperature of 65ºC ).
d) Rinse Section; Rinsing takes place inside and outside of the bottles.
e) Disinfection Section; Disinfection section for sanitizing the bottles.
f) Final Rinsing Section; Final rinsing section is last station to rinse the bottles with fresh water circulation.
